Wireless 8 Channel MP3 Audio Playback controller
Using the handheld RF Transmitter, any of 1-8 channels of MP3 Audio can be selected for playback form the 8 Channel MP3 playback board.

There are 3 modes of operation provided ­ Sequential, Random and Individual Channels 1-8 selection for playback.

MP3 Player
An MP3 Stereo Audio Controller, that when triggered by RF remote switch input board will cause the player to play back 1 to 8 MP3 files that are stored on a USB flash device (USB flash drive not included). These MP3 files can be of any size up to the capacity of the USB flash device. You can have any number of files 1 to 8 remote control or 1 to 10 audio files under sequence or random playback on the flash device. Board operates from 9 VDC @ 0.5 Amp Power Supply

Here is a very simple audio controller that when triggered by pressing button number one on the wireless handheld RF Transmitter, will cause the player to play back 1 to 10 MP3 files that are stored on a USB flash device (USB pen drive not included). These MP3 files can be of any size up to the capacity of the USB flash device. You can have any number of files up to 10 on the flash device. Unique setup allows USB-MP3 Module to be mounted in box, cabinet for easy access to USB and Audio Jack ports. RF Remote control channels 2-8 are available and can be assigned to other applications / devices / boards if needed.

There are 2 modes of operation provided ­ Sequential and Random.

In Sequential Mode, the player will play the files back sequentially from file000.mp3 to file009.mp3 (or whatever your last file is), one file at a time each time, when triggered by pressing button number one on the RF Transmitter, After the controller has played the last file, it will go back to file000.mp3 and start over.

In Random Mode, it will pick one of the files to play back at random. It will pick a new file each time, when triggered by pressing button number one on the RF Transmitter, The board controller will wait until the file has finished playing before it can be activated again by the RF hand held transmitter.

Setup Overview

RF Wireless 1-Channel R/C Servo Controller.
Using the handheld RF Transmitter, you can easily control 1-R/C servo and it's movements from user programmed position A to position B travel.
Servo travel limits can be user programmed into controller board for precise servo movements needed when activated.

RF Channel Switch and 1-Ch Servo Driver Board can be pre-set by on board selection switches to operate from any one of the RF hand held transmitter channel buttons 1-8, allowing you to choose a specific channel for the servo operation, leaving the other channel buttons open to control more optional attached devices as needed. A single pass through connector makes connecting other optional RF devices to the Wireless1-Channel R/C Servo Controller and master RF Receiver board easy to do. Using an optional cable add-on adapters you can also connect up to 8 different devices to the main RF receiver. (Motor Driver , LED, Lighting boards Sound Playback boards, Special Effects boards, etc) controlling all of them from one RF hand held transmitter and buttons 1-8.

This board allows the control of 2 individual servo motor positions (A-B) by dry contact closures from a mini hand held remote controller.
The limits (Min, Max) of each servo movement can be pre set and stored in non-volatile memory. When triggered by dry switch closure at the Servo Trigger Terminals or pressing the Servo Trigger Buttons, the selected servo will move from one limit (position A) to the other limit (position B) and then return to the starting position when the contact or buttons is opened. There is a switch that will reverse the operation also for each servo. Also, the speed at which the servo moves from A to B is controlled by an associated pot.
A hand held 2 channel mini remote controller allows the operator control over the servo positions.

This unique controller board was designed to control 10 externally connected LEDs, LED Strips or Lights in one of 8 modes (patterns) by Remote Control. For the patterns that have adjustable times, the rate at which the patterns run is set by the Rate Pot located on the Remote Switch Board. Power to the board (Battery) is connected via the 2.1mm barrel connector or via the adjacent 2-position terminal block, Power to the board is turned on and off by either the small power switch or a remote switch attached to the Remote Switch terminal block. There are on-board LEDs that indicate when each channel is active. The modes are selected by manually pressing the appropriate Mode Switch on the Remote Switch Board that is connected to the Main Board via a 6 foot ribbon cable, or this can also be connected to an optional RF Wireless Transmitter and Receiver set, a DMX Wireless Controller, Stage Control Console, or operated by Off Stage Director / Dance Cordinator. Once a mode is selected, it will remain selected even if power is cycled to the board.

There are 8 modes available. Note: Other custome routines can be programmed by BPE into this controller. Contact BPE for informatiion.

Mode 1 ­ All Off
All channels are off.
Mode 2 ­ All On
All channels are on constantly. Note: Do not drive more than 2A max total in this mode.
Mode 3 ­ Strobe
All channels flash on and off continuously at a rate determined by the Rate Pot.
Mode 4 ­ Marquee Right to Left
Channels cycle on and off, one at a time from right to left at a rate determined by the Rate Pot.
Mode 5 ­ Marquee Left to Right
Channels cycle on and off, one at a time from left to right at a rate determined by the Rate Pot.
Mode 6 ­ Cylon
Channels flash from 1 ­ 10 and then 10 to 1, back and forth continuously at a rate determined by the Rate Pot.

When connected to a RF receiver board, this basic controller board will allow a DC Motor to rotate CW or CCW in direction, when a hand-held transmitter is activated. Two channels on transmitter are used to control motor rotation.

Unique board when connected to RF Receiver, can control 2 Sets of RGB LED's and 2 Sets of 12VDC LED Strips, Bulbs.
From a hand held transmitter, various RGB color mixing can be turned ON and OFF allowing for the control of 7 different color combinations. Two individual RGB channels can be controlled, but board has connection for twin Setups, so each channel can control up 2 RGB strips together per single control channel.
A second set of controlled Channels allow for two individual standard color LED strips to also be operated ON and Off with the Hand Held Transmitter also.

RF Video Switcher

This board were designed to allow a user the option of selecting 1-6 video inputs and several enhancements through a wireless RF handheld remote system.

Using the small RF handheld wireless remote the use can select one of the 1-6 video channel and have it sent to a single video output jack. Using the RF handheld remote the user can also cycle through the inputs sequentially, or select an automatic sweep, where each channel is activated for several seconds and then moves on to the next channel. The sweep speed can be adjusted by an on-board potentiometer to cycle very fast or long delays between switching video channels.

The RF handheld remote can be used at a distance of up to 75 feet away from the video switcher board.

Green LED's show which video channel input control has been selected and is active.

There is a Solid State relay on the board that activates as soon as a relay dry contact closure or manual switch is applied to the input terminal for the relay. A Red LED indicates when the SS relay is activated. (Solid State Relay rated for 2 Amps)

Board can operate from 7-12 Vdc

Board will control the video from 1-6 camera's with on-board selector switch to set the number of video cameras connected. Controller will take 1-6 cameras and apply control enhancements based on the number of camera's activated.

Video switch board can be combined with optional wireless video transmitting system to make a remote video monitoring system.

This board allows the control of a low-current relay using a 4-channel RF transmitter/receiver (433 MHz). The relay can be set to operate in momentary or latching mode by setting the Mode switch switch. The board has 4 jumpers that allow you to set the address of the board. This address (1-4) will correspond to one of the 4 buttons on the remote fob. The unique addressing allows you to have many relay boards distributed around that will react to the one remote fob.

You can have several boards with the same address and they will all actuate when the appropriate button on the fob is pressed. The board requires 7.5VDC at 200 mA minimum and is attached via a 2.1mm barrel-type connector or an alternate power connector (2-pos. terminal block).

Relay contacts are rated for 1A or less and are primarily intended to trigger other devices that require a dry contact closure or other larger-current relays.

This board allows the control of 4 Solid State Relays using a 4-channel RF transmitter/receiver.

Each relay can be individually set to operate in momentary or latching mode by setting the appropriate DIP switch. When a button on the transmitter is pressed, a yellow "valid transmit" LED will light and the relay associated with the button pressed will actuate and either stay on momentarily (as long as the button is held down) or will latch on or off.

A green LED associated with each relay will be lit as long as the corresponding relay is actuated.
