The Wizard 3 board will record and playback up to 4
separate tracks for up to 8 R/C type servos channels and 8 digital
channels. The maximum recording time per track is 3 minutes for
multiple track operation or 6 minutes for single track operation.
The card incorporates features such as looping action with variable
delay between loops, auto start-up on power up, a connection
interface for a PIR, remote switch or pressure pad to initiate
playback and the ability to daisy-chain several NOTE: Controller requires 2 Power Supplies(1-9VDC and

Board allows the control 3 solid state Relays and 6 Servo
Motors. The user can program an On Time for each relay, min and
max servo movement limits, up to six minutes of servo movement
for each servo and a Loop Time. For the relays, the On Times
can be different and can range from 0 seconds to 5 minutes. The
Loop Time can be from 0 seconds to 5 minutes as well. The board
can be triggered by applying a dry switch closure at the Trigger
terminal or by pressing the Trigger pushbutton. An AutoStart
switch is provided so that, if switched on, the board will immediately
go to waiting for a trigger event to start the playback. The
user enters all time settings via menu-driven LCD. The servo
movement is programmed via the on-board potentiometer. The board
requires 7.5V to 24VDC at 100 mA. Due to the large current required
by the servos, a separate terminal is provided for supplying
5V from a separate power supply. |

Automated Duo Controller This unique board will allow the control of 4 servos manually
via remote 10K potentiometers or by Wizard -1 Board control.
The input (pots or Wizard Board) is selected by on-board slide
switch or dry contact closure to the Remote Input Selection terminal
block. When switched to (M)anual, the 4 servos are independently
controlled by the remotely mounted pots. Minimum and maximum
limits can be set for each servo but these limits are only in
effect when the board is in (M)anual control. When in (W)izard
mode, the Wizard Board will handle limits for the servos. There
is an on-board SS relay that can either be activated by dry contact
closure at the Remote Relay Trigger terminal block or by pressing
the small pushbutton located next to the relay. |
