Notice: 09/30/13 - Blue Point Engineering Operations
We are now returning to normal business operations but still working with a reduced staff and resources. We are trying very hard to answer phone calls, take orders and do shipping, but are operating a few days behind normal business. Notice: 09/20/13 - Blue Point Engineering Operations
You are likely aware, this past week, many areas of Colorado were divested by flash flooding, severe water force damages and major destruction that will take years to fully recover. Our area here in Longmont, Colorado was hit extremely hard (13"- 20" of rain fall in just a couple of days) We are slowly returning to normal business operations but will still be working with a reduced staff and resources. Normal shipping and receiving in and out of the city are still experiencing difficulties and travel around the area is limited, as many of the roads and bridges were washed away or severely damaged. We are trying very hard to answer phone calls, take orders and do shipping, but are still limited by the severe damages of water effects on the phone, power, sewer / fresh water systems and general travel here.

Thank you for your support and understanding as we work very hard to get operations back to normal business.

Blue Point Engineering is open today, but we're working with a reduced staff and resources. Hopefully we should be able to take phone calls, orders and do some shipping.

Notice: 09/12/13 - Emergency Closure of Blue Point Engineering

We are experiencing a major weather emergency, currently effecting all our business operations.
We will be closed 09/12/13 to possible 09/16/13 due to this very severe weather, flash floods, major flooding damage, mud slides and evacuation requests from the extreme flood waters here in our area.
Unfortunately, no staff will be on site to answer phones, to take orders or ship products per evacuation request.
As quickly as possible, once we are able to reopen, return calls, do email and product shipping will all be restarted.

EXCITING ANNOUNCEMENT FOR 2013

Blue Point Engineering is excited to announce the purchase of a 3D printer addition to our design and engineering area as an excellent new high-tech tool available to our design teams. This new 3D printer will provide our designers the opportunity to develop, prototype, test and introduce new exciting products into the entertainment industry. In addition to new products that can be 3D created, a custom design and engineering fee based service to assist hobbyist and other professionals with concepts and prototyping help for their own project development utilizing the 3D print prototyping and engineering services has been established.

BPE has also added to our staff this year, CAD Designer and 3D print operator with excellent skill sets to assist our design team in the development of 3D engineered products and support with mechanical designs and computer aided applications.

Due to server weather conditions on the east coast around our Maryland warehouse, along with the limited ability by various delivery agencies to get items shipped out from the east coast, some delay will be expected on items ordered. We are trying as fast as possible to get these products moved from our east coast facility and out to you.

Due to the tremendous number of product orders we receive during the holiday season months of August through December, please allow a possible extra 2-3 day delay on your shipping due to holiday mail service demands and some back-up on our end at times to process, pull and package your new product order.
We will do all that we can to get your order immediately shipped out if possible with no delay.

The latest good efforts by a number of ISP's to curtail SPAM has resulted in a great many of our reply e-mails not being delivered sometimes. Also, if you are using your own SPAM filter, be sure to allow messages from our email address.

Please be aware that we do also sometimes receive nearly 200 plus messages a day on e-mail, and that it may be a day or so until we can get back to you directly through e-mail. We try to answer every business email we receive
